Partisan skills guide

In Metin2,Partisans have slow skill speed, they hit hard but thier skills are slow to deliver and charge; For this reason you may as well make the most out of their good strength by utilising a decent 2 handed weapon.

Might
Might is absolutely top priority for a partisan.  If this doesn't master at 17 then use the old lady to do as many resets as you need until it does master.  Now I suggest that you read a book every day without fail and if you can use hermits all the better.  G might is a brilliant skill for multiple reasons, against mobs it lowers the damage taken substantially and against players it stops you flopping around the ground.  With G might you stay on your feet constantly and it means you can skill non-stop.    P might should grant around 330 ac extra, this comes off the physical damage you are dealt and means lots of mobs will only hit 1's and 2's on you.  It also comes off the sword strikes and skills of warriors that you fight but with high lvls delivering blows of 8k+ a damage reduction of 330 is not a great amount and a mirage can take this skill away from you, therefore you should aim to have defence as good as an arahan before you turn your might on - I will discuss this in the equipment catagory.

Slash
Slash delivers good damage in a straight line ahead of you, it knocks your opponent off of his feet and can be delivered from a good range (1.5 - 2 player lengths away)  This should be your second master and while training you should learn how to run around mobs so that it hits the maximum number at once.  In Pvp it is easy to miss with this skill as it takes a few moments from pressing the button to it going off also because it attacks a narrow corridor of space so it can be sidestepped.  Against sura you want to deliver this at the same time as they use shadowbolt which has a similar length of time to deliver.  Against other players using this while they are stunned or running towards you will give you the highest probability of a hit, timing is key though.  Slash is a powerful attack, at P it should do more damage to a arahan that his P Heroic Strike and P WW can do to you, the difference is the arahan cannot miss you and you can miss the arahan.  My slash says that it does between 6k-7k damage but this is then modified by the strong against enchant.  48% vs warrior or 53% vs sura and a poultry 33% vs mage 85 against sin (yeah I need to get a sin stone in a weapon at some stage), when you work that out it can easily do over 10k or hit a 20k with critical before their resistance and ac are taken from the blow.  The highest I ever hit was 19,800 damage on a warrior my lvl (was a combination of crit and pierce)

Leap
Leap attacks in a similar way to slash, a small pause before the skill is delivered and attacks in a long corridor shape.  Often this is the follow up to slash while the player lays on the floor. This skill is typically the 3rd master of a partisan.

Fury/Stomp
Both of these skills have a chance to stun.  Fury is a ranged attack that is garunteed to hit the target and Stomp hits an area all around the player without any need to target.   In both cases the damage is about half that of slash and players wishing to do well against mobs should choose stomp while those wishing to do well in pvp should choose fury.  Fury is good in PVP because it can stun people before they reach you and also it is helpful in hitting players that run from you (often the tactic of BM sura and Archers)  It quotes 30 chance to stun at P fury - this will stun always without a resist shield, often with the wrong resist shield and virtually never against a falcon +9 resist shield.
