Just a friendly reminder to all players regarding the missing item issue, if you are missing an item please contact support at the following link: http://metin2.z8games.com/contactsupport.aspx
To quicken the process please provide us with the following information for each item missing:
1.) Full name of the item and it's upgrade level.
2.) Date and time the item went missing.
3.) All/any enchants and sockets on the item.
4.) Screenshots of the item, if possible.
Please note, due to the high volume of tickets we have been receiving that it may take some days before you may receive a reply regarding the issue.
